What can you win?

As part of the WMN Magazine Giveaway, ten individual copies of the WMN Magazine will be raffled. Each winner will receive one copy. The prize details can also be found in the Instagram giveaway post by @ergonbike (hereinafter referred to as Ergon Bike)

Over what period does the campaign take place? 

23.07.2025 – 25.07.2025 until 23:59 local time CET (GMT+01:00)

Who can participate? 

Participation is free and open to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and reside in Germany, the EU, or North America. Participation requires the truthful provision of participation-relevant data. Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Please participate only once. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning as they will be filtered and excluded from the draw. Employees of Ergon Bike and the participating companies, as well as their relatives, are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

Who is excluded from participation? 

Ergon Bike is entitled to exclude individuals from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these terms and conditions, multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Legal recourse is excluded. 

How to participate?

How are the winners determined? 

The winners will be selected by random draw from all participants who have properly fulfilled the participation requirements after the participation period has ended.

How do I know if I have won?

The winners will be notified by direct message from Ergon Bike after the end of the giveaway. Additionally, winners may be mentioned and tagged in a comment or story by Ergon Bike. After the notification of winning, winners have 3 business days to contact Ergon Bike via direct message and provide the necessary data for the delivery of the prize.

How do I receive my prize? 

Upon notification of winning, the winner will be asked to provide Ergon Bike with the contact details necessary for the delivery or handover of the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided contact details. Ergon Bike will send the prize to the provided contact details.

What happens if I do not respond after being notified of winning? 

If a winner does not contact Ergon Bike within 3 business days after notification of winning, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be selected from the eligible participants. The same applies if a winner provides incorrect contact details and the delivery or handover of the prize is therefore not possible. 

Reservation clause

Ergon Bike reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Ergon Bike will only use this option if proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software), or legal reasons. Ergon Bike is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize draw may be suspended or replaced by equivalent prizes. 

Privacy policy

To send the prize, we need to process the personal data of the respective winners (first and last name and postal address). The processing is carried out exclusively internally for the purpose of sending the prize and is done in compliance with German and European data protection laws. The personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be used for marketing communication without the participant's consent. Personal user profiles will not be created. First and last names and postal addresses will be deleted after the successful dispatch of the prize.

Other 

Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. Prize claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. An appropriate provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision shall replace it. The giveaway is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
