Our team consists of nine talented riders, all aiming for the top of mountain biking. Each individual brings their own strengths and experiences: 

• Marcel Guerrini: the veteran of the team, known for his tactical cleverness and endurance. 
• Janis Baumann: a young talent with explosive starts and impressive technique. 
• Joel Roth: the all-rounder, at home on any course and always ready to surprise. 
• Timon Rüegg: the specialist for technically demanding courses where he fully showcases his skills. 
• Ramona Forchini: an experienced racer who enhances the team with her strength. 
• Seraina Leugger: a young rider with great potential, constantly developing. 
• Micha Alder: the reliable team player, always there for his colleagues. 
• Luca Schätti: an up and coming talent, convincing with his ambition and positive attitude. 
• Gian Schmid: the fighter who never gives up and gives his all until the end. 

The team is supported by an experienced support staff led by Lukas Flückiger. Physiotherapist Seraina Schmid ensures the riders stay physically fit, while mechanics Severin Sägesser and Lukas Winterberg guarantee perfectly tuned bikes.

The main goal of the team is to participate in the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Valais, Switzerland. Medals are to be won in the elite classes on home soil. To hit this goal, the team focuses on preparation through national and international races as well as targeted training measures.

We compete on various race venues, from demanding cross-country courses to grueling marathon distances. Every race is a new challenge that we face with full commitment. 

• Cross-Country (XCO): Here, quick starts, technical skills, and tactical acumen are required. 
• Marathon (XCM): Endurance, mental strength, and the right race strategy are crucial. 
• Stage Races: A combination of everything that makes mountain biking, paired with teamwork and strategic thinking.

The right equipment is crucial in racing. We rely on high-quality bikes, accessories, and spare parts that withstand the extreme demands of professional sports. Our BIXS bikes are the foundation of our success. Lightweight frames, high-quality components, and precise tuning ensure a perfect racing experience and maximum performance on course. We place special emphasis on ergonomics. That's why we use Ergon bike grips and bike saddles. These ensure perfect pressure distribution, relieve hands and back, and enable comfortable and efficient riding – even over long distances. In racing, mechanicals can occur quickly. That's why we always have a comprehensive range of spare parts with us. Our mechanics are experts at quickly fixing problems and getting us back into the race.
