The "Touring" version of the Fitting Box covers a wide range of Touring bikes - from city, touring and trekking bikes to fitness or e-bikes.

The Developer Dr. Kim Tofaute – Pioneer of sports ergonomics

The Ergon Fitting Box was developed by Dr. Kim Tofaute for Ergon. Dr. Tofaute is one of the few sports ergonomists in Europe with a doctorate and is regarded as a pioneer of the discipline in Germany. Dr. Tofaute headed the Ergon development department for six years and is now the head of the Ergon ergonomics laboratory and owner of the company Fitting Expert. His expertise is based on 25 years of cycling experience. He is an A-license trainer and two-time MTB vice world champion in the 24-hour race (two-man team).

The instructions have been written by Dr. Kim Tofaute in such a way that they are easy to implement even without any prior knowledge.

The Fitting Box contains four measuring templates and helpful marking stickers. This makes it easy for you to transfer the specifications from the manual to your bike with millimeter precision.
