MAXIMUM TIRE CLEARANCE Even for small 29er frames

Extreme athletes like Vali Höll need room to groove! The rear of the SM Downhill Comp is designed short and flat to provide tire clearance when the rear suspension is fully compressed. Even on small 29er frames with a low saddle position, the recess in the saddle keeps the tire from contacting the saddle.

Angled for Speed The soft padded cover features two anti-slip surface zones. Enjoy the comfort you deserve and the grip you need on downhill and uphill sections. The surface zones also help with directional control with your thighs when railing turns at extreme lean angles.
